A study of narrative. Authorship observes the narratives through which identity, memory, and possibility are interpreted, often becoming so familiar they are mistaken for truth. Interpreted through sage, grapefruit, lavender, marine air, earth, and moss.
A study of named observations.
Some experiences are recognized before they're articulated. - A pattern becomes visible, or a threshold crossed. Something unnamed.
Each Study gives language to one of these observations and interprets it through scent. Throughline considers recognition. Threshold considers forward movement. Witness considers detached observation. And our house focus - Pattern - the study of coherence.
Fragrance was chosen deliberately. Scent has an unusual relationship with recognition. It can make a memory immediate, shift the perception of space, or bring attention to something before the conscious mind has found language for it. Lexicon brings these two forms of recognition together: an idea that can be named and a fragrance through which it can be experienced. There is no prescribed order. No intended progression. No promise that recognition must become resolution. Let's simply begin with what we recognize.

The Study
A pen is rarely questioned. We reach for it without asking whose it is, whether it belongs to someone else, or how it came to rest within reach. We write what needs writing, then set it down without another thought. Authorship reminds us that many thoughts arrive the same way. Available. Familiar. Comfortable. Before accepting them as our own, it asks a quieter question: Whose pen is this?
