Lavender and mint rise at the heart—cool, herbaceous, and calming, softening the body into stillness. Moss, rich soil, and forested juniper anchor the base—earthy, ancient, and steady, like the ground beneath bare feet.

• On your first burn, allow the entire surface of wax to melt
