Shipping Overview
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed—it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Each order is individually handcrafted. Please allow up to four (4) business days for processing. Larger orders may require additional processing time.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship to the continental United States, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
You’re welcome to enter any U.S. shipping address at checkout, including freight forwarding services. However, please note that once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to that address and/or service.
Alchemist + Co. cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, misplaced, or not received after delivery to a freight forwarder or third-party carrier.
If you choose to use one of these services, please coordinate directly with the third party regarding domestic or international forwarding or loss investigations.
Signature Deliveries
If you require signature confirmation for your order, please email rituals@alchemistand.co prior to your order being fulfilled . Signature confirmation is not automatically included on standard retail orders.

Damaged Orders
We’re so sorry your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please email rituals@alchemistand.co within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We’ll review your submission and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible. Please keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Lost Orders
a. Not marked as delivered:
If your package appears to be lost in transit or has not been marked as delivered after a reasonable time, please contact your local post office or carrier first for assistance — they’re often able to locate packages that are temporarily delayed.
If the package remains missing after you’ve contacted the carrier, please reach out to us at rituals@alchemistand.co and include your order number and current shipping address so we can assist with next steps.
b. Orders Delivered but Not Received
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the recipient.
We recommend:
- Checking with neighbors, household members, or your building management.
- Waiting 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark a package delivered early.
- Contacting your local post office with your tracking number for more details.
Alchemist + Co. is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address entered at checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please confirm your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.
Once an order is processed, we’re unable to redirect or replace packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at rituals@alchemistand.co as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to update the address before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is in transit.
