Your Alchemist + Co. Order, Curated and Delivered

Every product from Alchemist + Co. is individually handcrafted, made in small batches—typically 3–5 items at a time, and up to 7 for our candles. This careful approach ensures the highest quality, but it also means shipping and delivery may take longer than standard retailers.

Processing Times
Orders are thoughtfully prepared within 2–5 business days. During peak periods—including summer months, semi-annual sales, holidays, and limited-time productions—processing may take 5–7 business days.

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Delivery, unless otherwise specified. Orders over $75 ship free. Please note that wholesale orders are excluded from this offer.

Every item is carefully wrapped and secured in plastic-free, recycled, and/or recyclable packaging, so your order arrives intact and ready for your rituals while supporting the planet.

Summer Shipping Practices
During peak summer months (August – September), we ship candles and bath soaks Monday through Wednesday to avoid prolonged exposure to heat. Our Los Angeles and Houston fulfillment centers can exceed 100°F, and these precautions ensure your handcrafted products arrive safe and ready to use.
