Your products are carefully handcrafted upon order. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order in it's entirety please contact us here. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

We offer postage paid hassle free returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in it's original condition including packaging. Exchange products and refunds will be fulfilled as soon as the original order arrives at our warehouse.
Please note, shipping charges are not refunded for the order. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

We currently ship to all continental states including Hawaii and Alaska, US Territories, FPO and AP addresses.

Enjoy free shipping on all US orders of $75 or more. For orders under the minimum threshold shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

No it's not required - but it is highly recommended. It will allow you to find your order history, edit your addresses and track your orders along the way.

Not only do we not retain banking and/or payment information, we never have access to this. All payments are processed through their respective services, including Stripe N.A, PayPal, AfterPay, and Affirm.

We do offer Alchemist + Co gift cards. Gift cards are delivered electronically by email to the recipient with an optional message.
Gift cards do not expire, are non transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Store credit is available for some returns that do not meet the typical requirements. Store Merchandise Credits do not expire.
