Shipping + Processing

We currently ship to all states, FPO AP/AE, US Territories, and Canada.

We are not currently offering Rush Processing (same day processing) due to our order volume.

We do offer Priority Mail Express (USPS 1-2 day delivery) where available. Please select the preferred option under Shipping in checkout.

Due to high temperatures, we ask all customers to follow the tracking details carefully to ensure quick retrieval if left in an area that is not temperature controlled.

Returns + Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns + Exchanges page for our full policy.

If the recipient requests for an exchange, we welcome all unused products in its original packaging and condition.

We will provide a postage paid return label via email. A copy of the exchange will be automatically sent to the original order email as well.

Personalization + Custom Orders

We offer personalized candle labels on all 8 oz and 16oz candles. If you would like any other products with a custom label, please email us at hello@alchemistand.co or via the Contact Us form.

Please advise If you would like a proof of the personalized label before shipment for approval.

Not all custom order requests will be approved, and please not custom order processing times are between 4-7 business days.
