Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted during collection launches, limited releases, holidays, or periods of elevated order volume.
Processing times refer to the time required to prepare and package an order prior to shipment and do not include transit time.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the selected shipping method and carrier operations.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
- carrier disruptions
- weather conditions
- holidays
- customs processing
- collection launches
- high order volume
- incorrect shipping information
- events outside of our control
Alchemist + Co. is not responsible for carrier-related delays once a shipment has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Shipping Availability
Alchemist + Co. currently ships within the United States, including qualifying APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
At this time, international shipping is limited.
Customers located in Japan may shop through our regional platform at alchemistandco.jp under Alchemist + Co. Tokyo, where product availability, pricing, and shipping policies may differ.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Alchemist + Co. is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first using the tracking information provided.
If additional assistance is needed, contact us at studio@alchemistand.co and we will do our best to support the resolution process.
Alchemist + Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@alchemistand.co with:
- your order number
- photographs of the packaging
- photographs of the damaged item(s)
Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved claims may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Packaging
Each order is packed in small batches from our Los Angeles atelier using consciously sourced materials and low-waste packaging practices.
As part of our ongoing commitment to more responsible production, Alchemist + Co. contributes to verified environmental initiatives through The Good API with every order placed.
