We believe scent is personal. If you find your scent or product selection does not align with your rituals, we offer postage paid returns and or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition
Start Your Return: Log into your account to begin the process

Gift Cards: Non-refundable.

Return Policies

Promotional Discounts: If returning an item affects your original offer (e.g., BOGO), your refund will reflect the adjusted pricing.

Gifts with Purchase (GWP): Any free gifts included with your order must be returned with the original item for a refund to be processed.

Final Sale: Items marked Last Call are final sale.

Shipping Costs: Original postage (if paid) is non-refundable.

Condition Matters: If a product is not returned as described in your request, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (depending on your financial institution).
