Yes, your level will be determined based on how much you’ve spent in total at Alchemist + Co since January 2024.

You will automatically be moved up a level once you have accumulated a balance over the spend threshold for each level.

Your tier expires 12 months from the date you join. Within this 12 month period, you have the opportunity to upgrade to the next tier. If you move up a tier within that 12 months, your tier expiry will be reset to 12 months from the date you entered the new tier.
