Return + Exchange Policy

• 14-days starting from order delivery date
• Products must be in original packaging and condition
• All returns must have a RAN (Return Authorization Number) for acceptance
• Gift Cards are non refundable
• Promotional sales (i.e. BOGO) will be calculated accordingly. In the event that a product return forfeits the promotion used at time of purchase, prices will be adjusted accordingly and reflect on your final refund amount
• GWP's (Gifts with Purchase) will need to be returned back with the original product for a refund to be processed
• If product(s) are not in the original conditional and/or packaging as described at the time of an RAN issuance upon receipt at Alchemist + Co, a refund may be substituted for an exchange

A RAN and return label will be provided to you within 1 business day to your email on file with the original order.

• Original postage (if paid by customer) is non-refundable
• Promotions and discount codes are non-transferable

All authorized returns/refunds are submitted back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days - or timeframe set by your financial institution - following a refund confirmation email.
