Forest Herbs + Peppercorn creates an atmosphere that feels grounded, contemplative, and quietly intriguing. Aromatic herbs and peppercorn emerge first, while moss and balsam woods create depth that settles naturally into the space.

Not everything meaningful can be learned from a book, a trend, or someone else's experience. Some forms of knowledge arrive more slowly, gathered through observation, experimentation, and a willingness to pay attention.

Experience remains one of our oldest teachers.

Certain environments encourage curiosity. They invite us to linger a little longer, notice a little more, and remain open to discovery rather than rushing toward conclusions. The atmosphere itself seems to support observation.

Part of that experience comes from sensory cues. Fragrances rooted in herbs, woods, and earth often create a feeling of connection to older traditions of learning, gathering, and experimentation. The effect is not nostalgic so much as grounding, reminding us that understanding often develops gradually.

Forest herbs, peppercorn, moss, and balsam create that sense of place. The fragrance feels layered and lived-in, balancing freshness with depth and spice with earth. As it develops throughout the room, new facets emerge, encouraging attention rather than demanding it.

Our candles are formulated with elevated fragrance concentrations within industry safety standards. Due to the nature of fragrance composition, scent performance, cold throw, and hot throw may vary slightly between fragrances and vessel sizes.

Care + Maintenance

Trim the wick to 1/4” before each lighting to support a cleaner, more even burn. During the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface to help prevent tunneling and preserve the integrity of the fragrance over time.

Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts, curtains, or open windows. To maintain the atmosphere and craftsmanship of the candle, avoid burning for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Discontinue use when 1/2” of wax remains. Once finished, the vessel can be cleaned and repurposed within your space or daily rituals.

Material Integrity

Finished with consciously sourced materials, reusable vessels, and low-waste packaging practices. Bare candles are intentionally minimal in presentation, allowing the fragrance, atmosphere, and materials to remain the focus.

Poured into reusable amber glass vessels designed for warmth and quiet presence within the home. Finished with steel lids for preservation between burns.

Crafted using a coco apricot wax blend with natural cotton wicks for a clean, even burn.

8 oz vessels feature a single wick for smaller spaces and softer scent diffusion, while 16 oz vessels are poured with double wicks for broader atmospheric throw and more even burn performance.

Crafted with fragrance oils infused with essential oils and formulated to meet our highest standards for atmospheric integrity. Developed without phthalates, organ toxins, acute toxins, CMRs, or ingredients listed under California Prop 65.
