Aliveness leaves clues. Yet much of modern life is organized around urgency, routine, and responsibility. Over time, it becomes possible to lose touch with the experiences, environments, and moments that naturally create a sense of expansion.

The body remembers what the mind forgets.

Much of life is spent responding. Responsibilities. Deadlines. Expectations. Over time, it becomes easy to mistake movement for vitality and productivity for fulfillment. Yet there is a difference between functioning and feeling fully alive.

The Sun was created around that distinction.

Not achievement.

Not success.

Aliveness.

The feeling of being fully engaged with the experience of living.

Bright citrus and palm introduce warmth and openness, while coconut milk and amber create softness beneath the surface. Teakwood, sea salt, and dark musk provide grounding depth, creating a fragrance that feels expansive, radiant, and deeply comforting. The scent evokes open windows, warm air moving through a room, and the lingering glow that remains after a day spent fully present.

Burn Time + Scent Throw

Our candles are formulated with elevated fragrance concentrations within industry safety standards. Due to the nature of fragrance composition, scent performance, cold throw, and hot throw may vary slightly between fragrances and vessel sizes.

Care + Maintenance

Trim the wick to 1/4” before each lighting to support a cleaner, more even burn. During the first burn, allow the wax to melt fully across the surface to help prevent tunneling and preserve the integrity of the fragrance over time.

Burn on a stable, heat-safe surface away from drafts, curtains, or open windows. To maintain the atmosphere and craftsmanship of the candle, avoid burning for longer than 4 hours at a time.

Discontinue use when 1/2” of wax remains. Once finished, the vessel can be cleaned and repurposed within your space or daily rituals.

Material Integrity

Finished with consciously sourced materials, reusable vessels, and low-waste packaging practices. Ritual candles are topped with wild-harvested botanicals and ethically sourced crystals selected to complement the atmosphere of each scent.

Poured into reusable amber glass vessels designed for warmth and quiet presence within the home. Finished with steel lids for preservation between rituals.

Crafted using a coco apricot wax blend with natural cotton wicks for a clean, even burn.

8 oz vessels feature a single wick for smaller spaces and softer scent diffusion, while 16 oz vessels are poured with double wicks for broader atmospheric throw and more even burn performance.

Crafted with fragrance oils infused with essential oils and formulated to meet our highest standards for atmospheric integrity. Developed without phthalates, organ toxins, acute toxins, CMRs, or ingredients listed under California Prop 65.

Fragrance has a unique relationship with memory, emotion, and perception. Long before scent is processed intellectually, it is experienced instinctively. Of all the senses, scent remains one of the most deeply tied to emotional recall.
